“Omo! What am I gonna do?” Junsu murmured while staring at the empty screen of his laptop as the scenes from last night replayed in his head.
“So, Junsu-sshi,” Changmin said as he rested his chin on the back of his hands. “Are you free this Friday night?”
His mismatched eyes seemed to twinkle with hopefulness. His sweet smile reached up to his ears, reminding Junsu of a child pleading to keep the puppy he had just found.
The writer cleared his throat and nodded. “Uh… Yeah,” he said uncertainly.
Changmin’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Great!” He went on suggesting the tons of ‘interesting and fun’ things they could do.
Junsu could only nod and laugh awkwardly.
“Aigoo…”
Before Junsu could whine more to himself, the door to his office suddenly opened. He looked up from his laptop and saw the cheery face of his hyung.
“Junsu-ah!” Yunho greeted brightly as he walked closer and sat in the seat opposite to the younger guy.
“Oh, uh, hyung,” Junsu mumbled in reply.
“Yah, so…” Yunho started, leaning his head closer and lowered his voice to a whisper as if he was afraid the walls might hear them. “How did the date with Changmin go?”
Bad. “Good.” Junsu said through gritted teeth. It went horrible. He liked me while I… Aish! “It was great! I like him a lot. He’s really charming and, uh, stuff…” He finished with a fake smile. Fortunately for him, Yunho didn’t notice it.
“That’s great!” Yunho interjected as he beamed ever-so widely. “So, when’s the next date?”
Junsu swallowed nervously. “Eh?” he let out before he can even think.
The photographer merely chuckled. “Silly. I know you were lucky enough to be asked out again. So, when is it?”
“Uhm… Next Friday.” He replied, feigning excitement.
“Ahh… Lucky boy!”
Yunho gave him a congratulatory pat on the back to which Junsu returned with just a sheepish smile.
“Uh… Thanks, hyung.” Junsu said softly.
“No problem. I hope you two have a fun time again. So don’t think of doing stupid things like going on blind dates or advertising yourself on the internet. And don’t think about that stupid deal anymore. I did this for your own happiness since I do agree with that friend of yours. You really need someone in your life right now... Arasso?”
Yunho was still smiling brightly but Junsu could tell he was dead serious about what he just said. Soon though, he will be the next one dead.
“Uh, Arasso.” Junsu said simply.
“Good. Oh, by the way, could you help me later on?”
Junsu let out a small sigh of relief at the change of topic before he replied. “Sure. What is it?”
“I need to look for a book. It’s my niece’s birthday and she’s kind of a bookworm.”
“Ah, I see. No problem. I think know just the place.”

“This is it.” Junsu declared as he pointed to a building on their right.
Yunho nodded and pulled up to a curb. “So, you know the owner of this place?” he asked.
“Not the owner. Just the manager. He’s a friend of mine.” The younger guy replied as he got out of Yunho’s black Saturn. “I’m sure Jaejoong-hyung can help you find a book for your niece.”
The photographer nodded as he got out of the car, closed the door and activated the alarm system. He then went on to follow Junsu as the latter walked towards the bookstore.

The bookstore seemed to have come straight out of interior design magazines. It looked like a mixture of a fancy coffee shop, a high-class bookstore and a furniture store.
“Wow.” Yunho exclaimed as he went in. The aroma of coffee beans mixed with an interesting scent of new books instantly greeted and enveloped him with warmth and almost affection. “This is a bookstore? I can’t believe it. I didn’t even know something like this exists in Korea.”
“You’re not a book lover, are you?” Junsu asked skeptically.
The older guy scratched his head and smiled sheepishly. “Uhm, besides photography books and the occasional adult magazines, no.”
Junsu scowled at him. “That explains it.”
“Junsu-ah!” a voice suddenly rang out.
A man with shiny blond hair emerged from the bookshelves. He was rather tall and slender. His heart shaped face was embellished with full cheekbones and plump red lips, adding more femininity to his already girlish features. He smiled at them, a smile that can instantly melt any person’s heart.
And at that moment, it did melt a certain someone’s heart.
Yunho suddenly felt tense. He stood rigidly on his spot, mouth agape and face flushing as red as the reddest tomatoes. His eyes were transfixed at the guy and his heart was beating loudly in his chest like there was no tomorrow.
Wow. He’s… beautiful.
