So I got into College Park, and into the College of Journalism.
And I'm really, really excited.
I'm probably going to get to room with Charlie, and I'll be able to work on the Diamondback, and I'm going to try out for Erasable Inc. And college is going to be amazing, and I don't care that I'm staying local.
And I can finally stop worrying.

Who knows whether it will get in on time thanks to my late transcript request, but I applied for the Maryland Media, Inc. Scholarship for UMD. Basically it's given to two Maryland students who want to study journalism at College Park and write for a student publication. It pays for full tuition. So, pretty good. Here's my essay:
