well i have her album. i worry i won`t be able to appreciate it more until i can take up the rest of your requirements. 8-)

however, i shall keep it in mind next time i have the chance to view the pacific.

oh steven, thy were the sweetest!
alaska in cologne were better than many bands i've seen in a while, even better than folk implosion. i didn't dare telling them because lou was around all the time grinning widely... i did a cool interview with lou and got to know everybody pretty well... i guess i've got soem new friends now, the alaska guys and lou said i made their day the best tour day so far and that they enjoyed cologne most :)
lou and me talked about cats and stuff, hehe, aww they are sooooo sweet, these guys! leslie is the drummer, she's so nice!
i want to be there again... we were backstage and hung out with them and it was ... awww it was GREAT!

i don`t deny that they seem like very nice people and fun to watch the springyness, but alaska only played about 5 songs cos of the long jams. didn`t even play the first song on their album.

so their set didn`t represent their album very accurately and i don`t think that would have helped with sales.

well it was completely different in cologne, they played half the album, no covers and no long instrumental parts and all... just a really good show. it gave me the creeps! i loved the album before and played it whenever i could but i didn't expect them to be that good live! wish i had asked for a bootleg... damn!
they played western shore in cologne too... i wish i could see them again :( they were brilliant!
