Workout Observations 2

I missed Sunday's workout, as youngest daughter held a sleepover for Halloween and the girls camped out downstairs in the living room to watch movies. Volleyball tryouts ran long and left me exhausted (mostly mentally). Yesterday's phone problems at work, combined with the UWG meeting in the evening, kept me from knocking out Sunday's planned
