Stephen is wandering around the mansion with a broken and blank sort of look in his eyes. He has fallen victim to the most recent crackplot and cannot remember anything. Stephen doesn't know his name, what he is, or even how to speak. He only keeps moving through instinct. If he stops for too long he starts to forget that as well.

Stephen Black has found himself with nothing to do. It is an altogether startling occurrence. Sir Walter is not here and, although his wife is, he has been given no orders.
