Exercise
So, there's this fitness/exercise thing I've been doing. I spend a lot of time thinking about it these days. Maybe I should get some of those thoughts down in case they'll be useful to a future me, or to someone else. This got long. ( Cut-tagged for the sake of those who don't care... ) -

It's been almost a month since Alyse, Jill, and I dyed our hair unnatural colors. Today, for the first time, one of my co-workers--my boss, actually--noticed it. "Your hair is...purple!" She liked it:) And was very amused when I told her it was almost a month old. -

I'm already having a very hard time being sympathetic toward educated Western vaccine refuseniks.* The science is on the side of vaccines being extremely safe,** and extremely effective.*** But health care workers refusing vaccines?
