Instagram annoys me to no end at the moment. Not only is every third post on my friendslist (viewing list? feed?) an ad, it is somehow connected to my Facebook account. I did not connect that. I did not want to connect that. My Instagram does not mention my real name ( Read more... )

I’m having the same experience with ads/hastag suggestions on Instagram. I found that if I looked at it in a browser, no ads! Annoying, but totally doable.
You’re so right about tumblr not caring about the user. I appreciate the need to try to eliminate the abusive materials online- racism, bullying, etc- but none of that ever seems to be touched during these changes.

*sigh* No, it doesn't. For some reason a female nipple in a picture seems to be infinitely more traumatizing than verbal abuse. (Although I guess one is easier to automatically catch and delete than the other.)
