I needed more general, non-fanish icons, so I made this one from a picture I took in Spain. The sky was not actually that blue, neither was the sea. In fact it was a rather gray, windy day and it rained multiple times. I had to touch it up a bit. Those three people are my mom, my sister's boyfriend, and my sister

quinoa - I've recently ate two awesome dishes with quinoa, and now I wanna try it myself - care to share some recipes or give me some pointers?

Ich hab meine Rezepte eigentlich fast immer von chefkoch.de. Das von gestern war dieses hier: Quinoa-Bratlinge, allerdings hatte ich zwei Eier mehr, keine Sonnenblumenkerne und statt Haferflocken hab ich Weckmehl/Paniermehl genommen. Der "Teig" wird dann aber nicht ganz so fest und ist etwas schwierig in der Pfanne zusammenzuhalten, besonders beim Umdrehen. Aber es ist sehr lecker.

Jemand auf meiner Friendslist hat letzthin dieses Rezept empfohlen: Baked Quinoa with Cheese, ich hab's aber nicht ausprobiert.

Auf jeden Fall sollte man Quinoa anscheinend gut waschen, weil da noch Bitterstoffe dranhängen. Ich hab schon auf einer Website was gelesen mit drei Mal kochen und Wasser abschütten, bis das Wasser klar ist, aber in einem Sieb unter fließendem Wasser abspülen reicht auch.
