This post is not only an unsubtle way to use my new icon.

Okay, it mostly is. It's from Queen Millenia, which was my absolutely favorite anime as a child. Although back then they weren't called anime, just cartoons like all the rest of the drawn series. Oh, I love your icon! And I totally watch all of these shows, too! Unsurprisingly. *g* They just don't show cool stuff like that on TV anymore nowadays, or do they?

I had to fill my last two icon slots. ;) (although I'll have even more soon; my paid journal runs out, and I'll probably buy extra icons, too, when I renew it)

They don't! Nowadays it's all Pokemon and Digimon and that one where they're throwing the cards around that I don't even know the name of, all with a whole merchandise machinery behind it. Seems like nothing is being produced anymore if there's not a lot of money to be made with. :(

Oh, I actually did like Digimon - it seemed to have more of a background story and not just the fighting of the little animal thingies. But I could totally remember that wrong. I definitely liked the drawing more than that of Pokemon and Yugi-Oh (which has pretty much the ugliest drawn characters EVER!).
