Well last night I was feeling like you do right on the verge of being REALLY sick. well i'm feeling much better now that i've slept more than i did my entire spring break, ate more than i did my entire spring break, and generally relaxed in one day more than i did in 2 weeks. SO it seemed to have worked well :)
