Crashing from my night out yesterday, I opted out of going anywhere this fine saturday evening. Which, after some rationalizing, I've decided is completely fine... And once I told myself to fricken calm down and enjoy it, I watched an old favourite. What is small talk exactly? I mean I could walk up to someone in my senior level english theory class and start discussing the role of literature in marxist systems of theory and criticism as either promoting or condoning the dominant system of ideological control (and that would just be small talk for us educated elitist types)...
I'm personally more likely to side with the Nhilists on this one, just a performative utterance... or is that more poststructuralist? I digress, this is just small talk.
Really though, isn't all language significant? Isn't every little crappy sentence significant and essential and revealing in some way, let it be mundane or the most important claim in existence?
Jesus, I've created a dichotomy around myself. Sorry

How do you not know your the one at the end or the top of the scale, Just a thought.
Another thing to ponder is ...... are you sure your that good at tunnel vision (I know when your avoiding me or others I know), maybe the act of the two people not wanting to talk equals perfect tunnel vision.
