Yesterday September 13th our Shadow kitty the "King" of the house passed away from intestinal lymphoma. He was diagnosed July 26th but had been sick since January of this year ( Read more... )

I was at work today and I got disturbing news from Joe about our Oldest son Donald or Donnie as we call him. Joe received a call from GiGi one of the social workers who works/worked with him that Donnie was in the hospital because he got beat up badly, Joe unfortuantely did not have his cell phone on him when she called so he just had the message ( Read more... )

Bottom line my father will more than likely not come home from the nursing home. He has lost the will to live he has taken to falling out of bed he is dazed and confused and there has been no medication changes they wonder if he had a stroke during surgery or at the other nursing home that was missed. LEt us all have a moment of silence for Stefan's Guinea Pig Pepper who passed away today while we were out getting tires on the car. Poor kid has been through so much in recent weeks he didnt need this, he is crying his eyes out and worried that Ginger Pepper's Mom will miss him in the cage "upstairs".
