Excellent guide.... and one more thing....

Not striking but in dispute = play down importance and relevance of contribution of the workforce involved to general well-being. Phrases like "back office" will come in handy here. (e.g - airline stewards are just glorified waitresses and waiters)
Striking = stress importance and relevance of the work that's NOT now being done, and characterise as "holding to ransom" or "blackmail" (e.g - "thousands of ordinary hard working ordinary people can't fly to their second homes in Tuscany... oh noes!").

Ah yes -- if people are "in dispute" then obviously they can't have a serious grievance or they would be on strike. If people are striking then they should have tried negotiating first. These are very good points.
Also in 3: (c)Pictures of small children on marches or picket lines holding placards with Trades Union logos and slogans on may illustrate the levels to which the unions sink to exploit and indoctrinate the young.
I hope you don't mind but I saw this linked on FB and came to have a look. Noticing you gave permission for someone else to re-post I have taken the liberty of linking to it from my fb too. One word from you and it will be gone again though :)

On no account draw attention to the disparity.
