Well, we're not having a good month when it comes to our means of transportation. Somebody kicked in the wheel of my bicycle, necessitating a 70 euro repair. We sank an additional 1000 in keeping the car going and then the battery was low and we couldn't start it anymore. Yeah, both the bike and the car. Both times I got an automated letter telling me that there weren't enough leads to pursue an investigatio. At least it'll be added to the statistics though.

Yeah, if more car break-ins happen they might finally guess there's something more serious going on.

People that vandalize or steal other people's stuff should burn in hell!
I had to put my bicycle in our shed because in about 1 month they had: kicked in both front and back light, stolen the air valves from both tires and then stolen my back light bulb. I was especially furious about that last thing because they had taken the time to unscrew the cap, steal the light bulb and put the cap back on. Clearly not thinking about how dangerous it is to not be seen in the dark....
Fortunately our car fares better.
