I filled it out but the items listed aren't my favorite of your styles.
I like:
Victorian Stripe Long Bustle Skirt
Gothic Aristocrat Pinstripe Blouse
Victorian Lolita Wool Dolly Coat
Victorian Wool Jacket
Gothic Victorian Bustle Travel Dress

Also- I'd be into some more steamy colors like browns, rusts, and creams.

It would be nice if you add creams and browns to the color palette as well to even out the amount of black.

I will chime in here:
The sizes don't quite fit my measurements, so it wouldn't be accurate for me to fill out.

I'm technically two inches smaller than the minimums but I did my best to fill it out and give you an idea.

Make sure you get that spot right in between normal and plus sizes. AKA Size 14, in the US. As you can see, a lot of us are in there, and it's a beast to find even the most basic items in that size - a lot of normal stores cap at 12, almost all plus size stores start at 16.

I totally understand what you are saying. The problem is that I am a small retailer and it is VERY expensive to have patterns graded(made into other sizes)and I have to be smart about it by choosing the most popular sizes first. If they start to sell well then I can add other styles and colors.

Once I am finished collecting data, I will let everyone know the results of this little study. I REALLY appreciate all the extra comments and concerns you've left me. It does give me lots to think about while I consider everything.
