The latest post at the Steam Wench's Salon is a really quick and dirty post on tricking out a thrifted skirt (cost me 90 cents at a charity shop that was closing) with trim on the hem and button and ribbon accents.

Thanks for the kind comments. I have to confess, I've never shopped on Etsy (tho I have looked at things there. I love trying to modify and create my own pieces, where it's at all within my capacities.
