We thought this skull and crossbones print on cotton knit was particularly appropriate for the steampunk fashion community, but we've also got a pair made up in natural cotton muslin that I will try and post tomorrow.

We've got acid green cotton knit that we'll pair with black lace, and a maroon cotton knit that looks great with ecru lace. We may try some in a stretch velvet, but those would have a different price.

We're happy to take fabric suggestions, and we can also vary the length from top of the leg down to the ankle for bicycle bloomers.

Thank you! The skull and crossbone fabric IS adorable! So it sounds like you have used both knits and wovens? I think I would like a pair in plain old black but I admit the acid green sounds yummy! Stretch velvet would be very pretty too...hmmm. I'll emial you

You're welcome - I had the same revelation when I first saw it and was graciously allowed to use it because I was sewing.

I'm really grateful for the feedback. It's so frustrating to make things and not have the site ready to show them off. I might post some on Etsy.

Thank you, and I was thinking of the version recorded by the Baudy Bucconeers. You can see us and the Bucconeers at the Connecticut Renaissance Faire weekends starting Sept 26th through October 19th www.CTfaire.com
