I have a small group in central Alabama who were wanting to start a steam meet or group. I though I would check here to see if there was any more interest.

EDIT: Huntsville here also. Hummmmm maybe we should redefine central Alabama? Anyone want a Northern Alabama Steam Society (NASS)?

When I say central, I mean most of them are located in Birmingham and surrounding areas. We won't be doing anything until after the holidays but here is a link to the forum where we are trying to organize, We'll prob start a Lj as well once we are a little more organized. We have a forum yahoo group (BRASS) your more than welcome to check out. We had a meet up earlier this year and there was an awesome group from H'ville. We had people from all over.50 people were there. I am from Anniston and plan to go to ImagiCon in May. Steampunk will be there.
