Yeah. I mean, the Merlin/Lancelot friendship is something I've always loved so I won't complain but -

want muh ship.

Yeah, I do like them being bros too! I guess the difference between him and Gwaine, and why I like Gwaine more is because Lancelot is defined by his love for Gwen first, his loyalty to Arthur second, and friend to Merlin last. Whereas Gwaine (in the show, at least) is defined by... a bunch of things, but his friendship with Merlin comes before his loyalty to Arthur or Camelot.

It's from the Merlin/Morgana confrontation in the woods midway in 3:7 - when Morgana leaves and Merlin turns to look after her.

I love the blue ribbon around Gwaine's arm -- to me it looks like Merlin's given his knight a favour! :)

Oh, this is so great - I love the colours you've used (gives the whole thing a real warmth and depth), and Gwaine's expression and hair are really grin-inducing. Awesome ♥.
