I love this piece, it's so beautiful. The characters' faces, the colour, the gestures. Amazing.

Right! I mean I mostly understand, Lance knows *loud whisper* THE SECRET. But still, would've been nice to see some Gwaine action.

Yeah. I mean, the Merlin/Lancelot friendship is something I've always loved so I won't complain but -

want muh ship.

Yeah, I do like them being bros too! I guess the difference between him and Gwaine, and why I like Gwaine more is because Lancelot is defined by his love for Gwen first, his loyalty to Arthur second, and friend to Merlin last. Whereas Gwaine (in the show, at least) is defined by... a bunch of things, but his friendship with Merlin comes before his loyalty to Arthur or Camelot.

Yes exactly, and actually I like Lancelot/Gwen, well enough in the sense I'd like to see their story pan out.

I'm sure Gwaine will have some eps where his is more centre.
