A few quick sketches of a short I'm working on with schumers

A little bit of testing and experimenting, and a lot of learning! I've never done anything remotely similar to this (okay, maybe a little, in colouring), and it took a while to get to this point, but I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of it.

Thank-youuu! It's a test, and I'm not sure if I'm going with this colouring style... I doubt it, I don't think I"m very good with it. :/

Wow! These are certainly different than what I expected when I clicked on my notification that you had a new post of sketches. I like them! Actually , I don't know what you have planned for these boys, but I could totally see them in one of the awesome children's books that my daughter and I read together. We usually find children's books by author's name that we love, for example, David Shannon: the above sketches reminded me of his work.

These are so adorable! I like the way you layer up a lot of different colors. So much texture!

Thanks!! The texture is probably from the paper, but texture is good!

I don't know why, but these sketches feel very Finnish to me. xD I like them, especially the first one. It's such a simple but expressive look they have.
