This turned out to be a pretty good move by Theo, in my opinion. Bay's got a year left at $7m, so that a) gives the sox $13m to play with, and b) makes Manny's contract renewal (AKA Pedro's Contract Renewal 2, Electric Boogaloo) someone else's pain in the ass.

I thought Florida was predictied the most. Not that I really follow baseball, and I do live in Florida, so perhaps my info was scewed.
