I'm really happy with a lot of things for the first time in a while.

I had my first panic attack two days ago. And my second today. I've known I have anxiety problems for a long long time. But this just terrifies me. I've been thinking about who I am a lot lately. What parts of it are real and what parts of it are just for show. I feel trapped a lot of the time and I think it's because I lose track of who I am and try to be who people want me to be.
