For Torchwood I think "main character dies for good" should be on the list, except I suppose there's not much left to work with....def a shot everytime Jack "dies" though. Or angsts about being immortal...or flirts with anything that moves.

LOL I played the RTD one once while we watched the s3 finale and we totally ran out of wine.
