Also, if you suspect child or elder abuse you have to report it too (at least in PA too). I think that the legal privelege doesn't apply in group here.

either in group or individual therapy you have to report abuse, this is true. i think the idea is that legal privelege in group doesn't apply in most states, cause you're talking in a group, so there are obviously no guarantees of confidentiality.
