Because I love the beach promo pics so much - who wouldn't? - I collected as many of them as I could find online and turned them into a short video:

Fantastic! At SHarecon, Flamingo has the one with Hutch pinching Starsky's butt blown up to six feet.

These are from--I think--their original photoshoot, before the series actually debuted.

Thanks so much for putting this together and then sharing it! Most definitely the Best Photo Shoot EVER! It took place during the filming of 'Deadly Imposter,' the episode in which "Husky and Starch" was used in dialog. My best friend on the crew, Gerry Leetch, hair dresser, S1 and S2, was there. She got one of the t-shirts which she passed on to me, and which I gave away at this past ShareCon. Thanks again for posting for all of us to enjoy.

Yes - though the ones with Hutch sitting primly and Starsky fidgeting by his side, with or without flowers in their hands, come as a pretty close second. :D

I just received the oversized photo of "Husky and Starch" hands on asses beach photo from Bonhams. It's to Renee. Who is Renee and who signed it? Any ideas? Anyone?

Wow! Without seeing the writing, my guess would be it's from David to Renee Valente, the producer who gave him his ticket to Hollywood. They were great friends - David described her and her family as "his other family". Just google David Soul's signature and see if it matches the writing on your photo.

Thank you so much for your help. The signature kinda looks like David's sans Soul. The message makes more sense now that you said who Renee is. Again, thank you.
