Ever since classes started back up this week, I have had no free time to do anything, even calorie count. It's really frustrating, but I have so many reading assignments already due, it's hard to do anything different.
I do know however that I haven't consumed much. I have no money, so I can't indulge in any of the food that they offer on campus. I

I've found that the best way to keep track of what you're eating is to make a meal plan a week or so in advance and stick to it. You can also cook larger portions of things and safe leftovers to bring with you as lunches.
Parking at the far end of the parking lot and walking is a really good idea! :)
