at work I could feel my immune system working, and that probably attributes to my emotional state, but it's not a good feeling really. I really feel super fragile today. lonely.
I think I should just lay down and rest.

I tend to be an incredibly patient person, and usually that is a great thing.
but sometimes I wonder weather my patience will only enable people to take advantage.
there may be times when I need to force my limits before being tested to their end.

I went on a hike today, it was rad, I feel alive.
it was raining a bit, and there were many migratory knewts on the path.
hiking is awesome!
