in response to the few days until now-good luck all is great here

Sat outside and watched the stars start a war on who'd fall from heaven first Made a wish on the very first one that fell from Heaven's grip Questioned my being of who I'm being And voiced a million things that could fill a decade of conversations But between you and me it was hardly anything
I wonder why do I wonder If one could miss so much and cut it off in a single breath Would they still aknowledge the absence Or go on without a single thought And the stars keep up their war on who will fall first I remain in loves arms knowing all is perfect here But this one that missed so much And cut it off in a single breath Still does aknowledge the absence, still does aknowledge the absence
I let go so I let go Knowing that the universe never does go wrong N' this heart on this sleeve is at home where it's to be Sending out a shooting star, sourcing through the shooting stars For the absence that exists knowing all is perfect here

Days turn slowly into nights and I wonder have I made a wrong turn? The alley is dark now and I woman, walk alone in my own darkness shining light, clearing my path knowing I am perfectly imperfect and the path I tread is where I'm meant. Perfectly imperfect, wondering do I stop? Should I turn around? Feeling the call, something lurking in my darkness, my past no where in sight woman they say, magnificent being all but tied down no more Standing alone, powerful, beautiful Onward my feet leading the way don't turn around for what is done is done My ultimate guru never leads me astray for if our paths cross again, time will tell as for me and my walk we are perfectly imperfect.

Made a wish on the very first one that fell from Heaven's grip
Questioned my being of who I'm being
And voiced a million things that could fill a decade of conversations
But between you and me it was hardly anything
I wonder why do I wonder
If one could miss so much and cut it off in a single breath
Would they still aknowledge the absence
Or go on without a single thought
And the stars keep up their war on who will fall first
I remain in loves arms knowing all is perfect here
But this one that missed so much
And cut it off in a single breath
Still does aknowledge the absence, still does aknowledge the absence
I let go so I let go
Knowing that the universe never does go wrong
N' this heart on this sleeve is at home where it's to be
Sending out a shooting star, sourcing through the shooting stars
For the absence that exists
knowing all is perfect here

have I made a wrong turn?
The alley is dark now and I
woman, walk alone in my own darkness
shining light, clearing my path
knowing I am perfectly imperfect
and the path I tread is where I'm
meant.
Perfectly imperfect, wondering do I stop?
Should I turn around?
Feeling the call, something lurking
in my darkness, my past no where in sight
woman they say, magnificent being
all but tied down no more
Standing alone, powerful, beautiful
Onward my feet leading the way
don't turn around for what is done
is done
My ultimate guru never leads me astray
for if our paths cross again,
time will tell
as for me and my walk
we are perfectly imperfect.
