My ballroom dancing showcase on Friday went really well. It ended up being a lot of fun - the dinner food was wonderful. They had an open dance floor for portions of the evening too, and it was a lot of fun dancing with my teachers practicing social dance and all that good stuff. My partner especially is a whole lot of fun on the dance floor

I think I posted a story about this earlier? This is the dress I wanted to wear to Dave's mother's surprise 60th birthday party - but a few days before the party, he gave me a hickey on my shoulder (wtf!?) and couldn't.

At least I got to wear it here!!

I apologize that I'm just now reading about how your showcase went, Alex! I've been busy and recovering from my birthday weekend and family drama thanks to my sister, so I am just now reading everyone's posts from the last couple of days. I'm so glad everything went well on Friday and I love the pictures you shared. : )
