Oh gosh I know exactly what you mean! I'm struggling to balance a very demanding job with writing/editing and trying to have any kind of social life. I've been subsisting on less than 5 hours sleep for the past...I'm not even sure how long it's been but I'm completely exhausted. And yet here I am, on the internet and not sleeping. Um.
