Retail Therapy (Open, Multi-Thread Okay!)

Even though Stella had been brought to this realm against her will, it didn't mean she was going to sulk about it or pass up the clothing shops. Slipping in and out of the various stores she was swiftly finding out that one of the things sh missed the most....

Was her father's credit limit.

Sheesh, wouldn't any of these stores accept plastic? Sure, the clothes were unusual but she still wanted to get a few souvenirs for herself and the other girls. She hadn't realized yet that that munny the moogle had given her was actually money or it probably would have been gone already.

"I designed something like that once," Stella pointed to an electric blue dress with unusual straps and candy red thin, diagonal strips spaced evenly a part. Rounding one of the racks she nearly plowed into a girl in western drag and carrying a pile of clothes.

"Wow, in that outfit you'd fit right in on Solaria's western moon!"

Stella looked puzzled at first, she hadn't seen what she said as an insult. Quite the contrary, she appreciated the cowgirl look. She'd even worn something like it in the Miss Magix pageant during the talent portion. "I guess you do sort of stick out in a place like this," Giving this other girl the benefit of the doubt. Spying the skirt Stella nearly gasped and snatched it from the other girl. "The clothing here is all so unique! It's so fashion forward!" She examined it a bit before offering it back to her. "Is that what you're buying?"

"Ugh, have I ever. What gives? You'd think being a princess meant nothing here." Leafing through a rack of clothes she had to admit it was nice talking to another fashion conscious female. It made her miss her friends all the more.

It was a whim, really, that had brought Rapunzel into the store full of clothes. The concept of pre-made outfits intrigued her, after years of sewing her own dresses she was more than a little curious about different styles.

Zippers...didn't confuse her so much as elude her completely. She had seen some of the other people around Traverse Town wear things that had zippers, but the concept of how they got on clothes was a mystery. Perhaps, later, Rapunzel could find a seamstress and have help walking through the steps

"Sure thing," she followed behind, plucking at the material of one of the skirts as she went. "They definitely have some...interesting things here, huh?" The term she wanted to use was frightening but she was unsure of what all Holly J intended to try on and didn't want to accidentally offend the other girl.
