I have a long and convoluted history with the band Maroon 5. After a decade of summer swim team where my coach blared one of their CDs (always the same one!) on repeat during practice for years, they are associated with horseflies, flip turn drills, water up the nose, and a general sense of annoyance. What was that song of there's that was huge? Something about a girl? She says? Something like that. I remember guiltily enjoying that tune.

Here's something alarming, though -- Tania Raymonde has been in several of their music videos with that dude, and it trips me out every time. All I can think is that BEN WOULD NOT APPROVE of his daughter hanging out with this tool.
