Yipes!!

I saw a tornado touch down once, a few miles from our house in a field. We caught it on tape, even. You know, VHS. ;)

Anyway, paid writing!!!! Who cares how little it pays if it pays?? I mean it's something to add your resume. :D As is the wonderfully cool essay you wrote that you got a trip to England because of.

Holy crap! I would have died of terror on the spot. Was your house okay? Even several miles away is far too close for comfort!

Yeah it was fine, only thing we got was the tree house got knocked over. We got some hail I think too, on Dad's truck, but the house and everything was fine. We were outside too, with my dog and her new litter of puppies at the time. :D

We were taping the puppies, which is how we happened to have a video camera at the exact time the storm touched down.

Extra money is always good! :D
