The latest addition to the family

Say hello to Max, a four year-old male silver ferret. He's a big 'un, too: longer and heavier than Ouzo, and both are at a good, healthy weight. aliencrabcakes, B, and I met him at the Big Lick Ferret Shelter two weeks ago. We'd already read about Max and a few of the other ferts on the shelter's adoptables page. Max was just as friendly and laid back as

Both of them are adorable. I am so glad they're getting along so well. My Finchy was an only ferret until he got here. It took a few days, but the three ferret sleep pile is often seen. :)

Your two are no doubt happy to have each other to plot against the humans with. "You run that way... I'll snatch the raisens while she chases you."
