It is recommended that you subscribe to this post to receive notification when someone new joins the community. Commentary in italic can be removed when copy and pasting form to reply

Preferred method of contact: If we want to contact you out of game, should we email you, or use instant messaging meathods... do you have a screen name/email address that's better to reach you with?
Frequency you expect to be available to post: Are you only going to show up sporadicly, or do you think you could lay out a post, or more, a day? And you will not be held to this if you estimate inaccurately, or your schedule changes
Do others need permission to post with your character? Do you care if others play/post with your character? If so, how much are they allowed to control... only a couple of words of dialog/action, or anything short of actually killing the character... or something in between?

Provided for your convenience, is a list of characters in the community. I will group them in four groups: Active, Retired, Abandoned and NPC. Retired characters will have a note saying if you can treat the characters as an NPC, and Abandoned Characters are to be ignored/worked around unless otherwise noted, as the player could come back and pick the character up again. The NPC list might not be complete, but I will at least try to get the major NPCs listed. Non Player Characters

• Yeoman Raymond "Mouse" Dean - When someone asks you if you want to talk to the person in charge, or the person who knows what's going on, Mouse is the one who knows what's going on. He gets irritated when anyone other than Diziara calls him Mouse, and has some serious kinks, but he does the job of most of the command staff because otherwise he does not believe it would get done at all.
• Tumor - A specimen of the local wildlife aboard Milliways, he's best known as that jerk you don't want to piss off, especially if he's been drinking or is amped up one whatever illicit substance he can get his hands on. The list of people who've kicked his ass is few, and only those few get to call him Tumor to his face. Currently his real name has not been encountered in game, and is open to player discretion.
• Crigo - One of the bar tenders at the biggest bar on the station. A little gruff, but otherwise a good guy.
• Wade - One of the bar tenders at So Long and Thanks for All the Fish, she's a coworker and friend of Ryan's. She's an Orion.
• Ensigns Williams and Ricky - Security personal, one male, the other female. Species unknown, which name belongs to which gender is unspecified. First names unknown.
• Lt. Commander Robert Jefferies - The commander of the station when the community started, he was murdered within weeks of his retirement. He was best known for being incompetent, enjoying his boring porn collection on duty, and all together not doing his job.
• William X. Pendable - A lieutenant in security. Helpful to people who ruffle feathers of starfleet brass, but only so far as it won't cause harm to him and his.
• Crewmans Lopez and MacDonald + pseudo-collective - Engineering repair staff. Have a tendency to play cards instead of doing work. Have been assimilated by the Tennis Borg, and as a result share consciousness with a few dozen of their fellow crew members. The assimilation does not seem to have effected them otherwise, as the Tennis Borg seem to be too different to cause much else. This has resulted in a pseudo collective among some of the lower ranks on the station. It has helped the effected engineering staff on working together for repairs of the station.
• Ophelia Navarro - The Lieutenant Commander in security put in charge of the murder investigation for Jefferies.
