I realized that I've had my FF.Net account since 2002. So, that means next year I'd have had it for ten years. I've had my LiveJournal since 2003, so it won't be turning ten for another two years.

I am too young to be feeling this old.

The full version of "Carrots and Sticks" from Hetalia is out now, and the beginning was pretty much ripped off "All the Things She Said" by t.A.T.u. I think it's my new favorite Hetalia song now.

I haven't updated in over a month, so it's time for a little update!

The preview for Belarus' and Ukraine's image song from Hetalia is out now, and I must agree that it does sound a lot like "All the Things She Said" by t.A.T.u. I like it.

(The preview for Iceland's song is out too, and it's all right, but not as good as Belarus' and Ukraine's.)

I have to say, it is really hard to count words by hand while listening to eurobeat music. Since I've started working on my NaNoWriMo this month, I've been listening to a lot of my old CDs I haven't listened to in years, and I can barely remember half the titles or the artists, even though I still like the songs.

I've been watching a Let's Play of Professor Layton and the Unwound Future in German; since I can't find a good ROM of the German version, this is the next best thing. I just completed Professor Layton and the Unwound Future, and geez, for a kid's game the ending was pretty depressing at points, and to say nothing of some of the violence. I really did enjoy the game, even if some of the puzzles were a real pain ( Read more... )

I'm strangely proud of myself for being able to understand most of the lyrics from "Moskau" by Dschinghis Khan. Of course, only when I'm reading the lyrics; I can hardly understand sung German, which can be a problem when I'm watching a German film that has important songs playing in the background. RightStuf has just licensed the remastered version of Revolutionary Girl Utena~! I am so happy~!

I just hope the DVD boxes don't cost $200 like they do in Japan. And apparently Utena is the name of a city in Lithuania.
