Just so the folks around me know what's up, Wes got fired. Not for anything reasonable, not because he didn't do a good job. On the contrary, he toiled for years at a company that wasn't paying him as much as he was worth and treated him like crap. But he loved the technical challenge, so he worked his ass off for them and went above and beyond

and the suck of the economy continues to claim victims.... I'm sorry! He should be able to find something soon I hope. IT seems like the type of market that always has openings. I'd buy stuff but I'm doing my own unemployed dance. *shrug*

Aw, that's awful! I hope he can find something again soon. I know how much it sucks being unemployed.

It's just crazy to me how they can just do it... the worst part's the fact that they didn't even tell him at first. He found out because they locked him out of his email and he called to ask why. :: shakes head :: The times are a bit crazier than I like them at the moment. heh
