Here We Go...
Just so the folks around me know what's up, Wes got fired. Not for anything reasonable, not because he didn't do a good job. On the contrary, he toiled for years at a company that wasn't paying him as much as he was worth and treated him like crap. But he loved the technical challenge, so he worked his ass off for them and went above and beyond constantly.
So now we're in a rough spot. We've got debts, we have minimal savings... we're cutting it close. He's applying to anything and everything he can, we're listing stuff on Craigslist, we cancelled our sattelite service... so if I'm down or whiny or whatnot, give me some leeway. We're both trying to remain positive and upbeat, but it's definitely difficult. If you need some freelance IT stuff done or know a good job, let me or Wes know. If you can buy some stuff of mine from Etsy or CafePress or DeviantArt (especially Etsy and DeviantArt since I get all the money on Etsy and a much bette rcut on DA), please head here and check it out.
We've made it through bad stuff and we can make it through this, but we won't say no to any good vibes anybody has to offer. heh
