Runaway is going to be at the Toronto Film Festival with public showings in September on the 15th and 17th. Stanford plans to be there for a Q&A, hopefully wearing something that does not make us mock him horribly. You might want to buy tickets or passes in advance.

The IMDB sites are up for Flakes and The Hills Have Eyes. This means nothing to anyone but me, since I'm a serial linker. Especially since I'm about 90% sure most of IMDB's info is submitted by fans. And there's nothing we don't know there yet. And because nothing there is official.

Stanford is an evasive smartass (which proves my hypothesis, thanks) who you can see being a "rebel outlaw trapped in the body of a coward and a weakling" (which really narrows it down as far as Stanford's characters go.. I am clearly a very big moron. I am probably the most assumptive person in the history of the world EVER, and hence, have been going in the total wrong direction with the Breaking Vegas thing. Stanford was not involved with the series, but was, in fact, involved with the movie Breaking Vegas about the MIT students which is based on a true story. ( Read more... )
