This is for anyone who is computer savvy that happens to read this. My screen has suddenly taken it upon itself to start flickering all the time. It's more noticeable on darker colors than lighter ones. I tried looking up internet help and tried a lot of different things like making sure the cables and video card were secure, no electrical devices

i think it's your moniter, Craig. Ours did the flickering thing too and that ended up being the problem. Try it in a different room and see if it does the same thing. If it's not the moniter - the only other thing it might be is the video card (the thing that the monitor cable connects to). But more than likely, I'd say it's time to buy you a new screen :/

After only a freaking year?? Maybe almost two years but that's it. I don't think a monitor should crap out in that short of a time. If that's the case, I'm sending hate mail to Dell.

2 years would do it i guess. How do you think Dell makes its' money??? lol.

*gasp* I have a Dell laptop!!! you should yell at them for me... for any future problems i may have....
