WOW! So much said in so few words. I've always thought that no matter where Heero ended up relationship wise he and Relena shared something special.

Thank you! I'm so glad that you liked it. I rewrote it like 100 times. I think Relena is the starting point. She's a big influence in his life, the first one to make him see things in a different light.

I enjoyed that a lot. I'll always see Relena as being a reminder to Heero of "that other girl."

Thank you! They are very alike, I think. And for Heero to see Relena just when he wakes up after the crash would have affected him, especially since that other girl made such an impact on him.
