I'm off to the beach this afternoon. Yay!
I'm getting new glasses today. Finally!
I have to work ridiculous hours next week. Grr!
I have to leave too soon. Sadness!

See, my life is rather boring. Nothing of interest to write about.

I don't know what to do with my day. I have no energy to run errands and despite the conversation I had with my mom not long ago, I really do just want to stay home and finish my painting projects. If I don't finish them soon, I don't know when they'll get done.

Last night was perfect. I laughed until I cried. I love when that happens.

I got to see Sam yesterday!! He stopped at Erin's house on his way through B'ham to Mis'sippi. I went over there and ate dinner with them. It was great to see everyone. I feel really sad and lame b/c I've been so MIA this summer. Funny fact: I have eaten at Erin's house as many times as Sam has this summer. Hah! Yeah... well... If I could do it all ( Read more... )

I'm leaving for the beach today. It will rain. I will be alone. But aloneness is something I'm craving at the moment. I need to read words, powerful words and books and poetry and anything that is too heavy to be considered "beach reading"; that is what I want to read. Will you miss me?
