Huey Lewis and the News was fantastic! Granted it was an adventure for midnightcoder and I to get there and back (we had to contend with multiple lines of the T, some of which were under construction), but the concert itself was really good. Stacey,

Thank you for your kind words. It is my pleasure to contribute to this worthy cause. I realized that I already sent the check out before I was clear as to who to make it out to. I made it out to "Walk To D'Feet ALS". If this poses a problem, or that check is not good then I will immediately send out another check.

About Huey Lewis, I remember in 1983 when the "Sports" record came out. Heart and Soul is my favorite song. I may still have the cassette of that around, I will have to check. Glad to hear that you enjoyed the show. I miss going to concerts, they can be great fun.

About Boston traffic, well I see that some things have not changed!! LOL

About eggs, I would not eat eggs until my late 20's and now I love scrambled and omelettes. I cannot explain but there it is. Perhpas you will lighten towards eggs yourself but I can totally relate to your feelings about it. Excellent source of protein!!

The check is fine. Your donation got credited to me on my walker website, so it must have worked! I found out later that they actually do want the checks made out to the Walk instead of the ALS Association, so you did the right thing ( ... )
