Getting the creative juices flowing...

So, for anyone that knows me on here, you may know I want to be creative.  I have talked about making my own RPG and although I haven't talked about it as much, am also wanting to write a novel.  The problem comes into time and motivation.  I really am trying to figure out how keep motivated on a project for a long period of time.

Well when it comes to writing in general Sterling Editing is a good place to go as they provide a ton of links about everything involved in writing. So you might find something more helpful there than I can offer.

As for the RPG, when you guys meet up and start talking, you all should outline exactly what everyone need to do. Like who does which sections, what character types needs to be created, how the game world will function, your game system and it's rules, and a time table detailing which sections should be finished. Organization is key when it comes to working with other people and you all need to be on the same page or else it will be chaos or at worst nothing will get done at all.

Do it all in steps and things should be a bit smother than they would be otherwise.
