I'd love something set at the end of the first five-year mission: Who stays, who goes, who falls into bed with one another now that the chain of command is no longer an issue.

(I am open to most ships! Except Kirk/Spock, or really anything that breaks up Spock/Uhura.

[I would totally love some Kirk/McCoy, or Scotty/Gaila/Enterprise or anything that imports Dr. Helen Noel into the nuVerse - excerpts from the post-mission psych evals, maybe?])

Porn is awesome! Not porn is also awesome! (I love gen and friendship fic and family-fic with a vengence.)

Oh hell, it's one of those days. Scotty's long been given up on telling the Captain that even he can't change the laws of Physics. Instead he's begun bending them. Or finding additional ones. Much easier. Especially with the tips the old Vulcan gives him every time they stop by the new Vulcan colony. So he grabs his notebook and hurriedly skims through the handwritten pages, searching for something that might help in boosting those damn front deflectors ( ... )

So, I was talking to a friend about how Kirk has a collection of older men. Pike, Spock!Prime, McCoy... so, either a Five Things about Kirk/Older Men (and hey, start with teen!Kirk/someone inappropriately older, if you like) or just a Spock!Prime/Kirk story where Spock!Prime appreciates nu!Kirk for his differences from as well as his similarities with Kirk!Prime.

Do the relationships with these father figures have to be sexual and/or romantic? Of course I can imagine Kirk having sex with each and every one of them, except the piece that keeps asking me to be written deals more with platonic relationships, I think.

Also, it's really amazing in TOS, how every single man Kirk has looked up to and admired turns out to be an evil madman.

All right, so everyone knows the feud between Takei and Shatner? I want this written Reboot-style. Sulu never invites Kirk to any of his parties because Kirk always harasses the woman/is loud and obnoxious and lets face it, can be kind of a prick. But Kirk always finds a way to crash Sulu's parties anyway ( ... )
