mmm The only body!swap story that I could think of that had kirk/spock err well almost kirk/spock is Come Together by cards_slash

Kirk and Spock get bodyswapped, and Spock's body enters Pon Farr while Kirk's still in it. Only, Spock is already with Bones...

So I guess it more of a Spock/Mccoy/Kirk :-)
