Spock is a steward/flight attendant and Jim is a passenger.
Anon would also not be adverse to Bones being Jim's business partner and/or travel companion.
Cue Jim molesting Spock while he's bending over and serving drinks/meals, calling over Spock for the most mundane things, the works.

"Sir, can you please stop requesting assistance when you can clearly operate this video panel."
"Please, call me Jim."

"Sir, can you please cease dropping eating utensils on the aisle."

Bonus points for Jim hacking the airline roster to check which flights Spock is serving on just so he can take them (and they eventually fall in love).
