THIS! Thank you. I know everyone is mad about this but I can't see immediately running out on LJ (when well over half my f-list is still here!) when there is a chance that they might rectify this situation.
Shoot. You'll notice that I don't talk about my LJ on facebook. There's folks there that I don't want to know about this journal. Some are students; others are family!
If that is true, that is NOT OKAY! I might have to delete my facebook account. I am tired of having to opt out of things connected to my facebook page.
Please if you are upset about this go leave feedback, scroll down and mark feedback to get the right form.
We need to make sure LJ knows this is wrong.
At minimum they should disable the ability to cross-post any comments from locked posts especially since it can quote up to a paragraph of your private post onto facebook or twitter.
Hello! If i'm out of town and tell my friends via a locked post, I'd be furious if it showed up on facebook announcing my house was unattended. I'm not worried so much about people purposely doing this, I'm worried about people who start cross-posting for ease of use on all the social networks forgetting and accidently cross-posting my stuff :(
Anyway, yeah, please leave feedback - maybe it will help??
I forgot to mention that I did indeed leave a nice message in Feedback to drop this crazy crossposting for locked messages. But thanks for posting this comment, as it will hopefully spur others to also leave feedback. :-)

It's LJ how it was 24 hours ago, or as near as I can tell.
