Fabric pretty, but missing some...

I have some lovely blue linen and white fleur-de-lis small trim that came in today from an eBay seller. It is real linen, as it was cool to the touch like it should be (will do a burn test tomorrow). And I got extra trim for free (very nice). However, I paid for 10 yards of fabric, including the shipping costs for 10 yards of fabric, and only got
